Following your initial internship, you will transition into a Work-Study (Alternance) format to complete your degree:
- Accredited Degree: Earn a Bachelorβs degree accredited by the French Ministry of Higher Education (Bachelor VisΓ©) and a nationally recognized RNCP Level 6 qualification.
- Fully Funded Tuition: During the 12-month work-study phase, your training costs are 100% funded by the host company.
- Career Springboard: Program graduates typically reach management positions in the luxury industry 2 to 3 years faster than their peers.
- Advanced Options: Post-graduation, you have the opportunity to pursue an MBA or Masterβs in luxury management or entrepreneurship.
π Eligibility Criteria
We are seeking high-potential candidates who meet the following standards:
- Age: 18 to 26 years old at the time of application.
- Academic Background: A two-year diploma in hospitality, catering, tourism, or hotel management (or 120 ECTS credits).
- Language Skills: Minimum certified French B2 level (DELF, DALF, TCF, or TEF) is required.
- Passport: Must hold a valid passport for the duration of the program.
